My first time spinning and right out in the public haha. I'm amazed by some of my colleagues as they spin for 3 hours straight! My butt and legs were aching lk crazy on monday after the session. The instructor on the stage Me :) Actually i've only intended to do it for one hr. But after realizing that anyone can join in the cyclethon just by registering their names (oh and not forgetting, all participant gets a free T shirt), mr der leow decided to join in just becoz he thinks it's cool to own an smu t-shirt.... Our guest appearance as usual *** By the way, I played floorball recently. It's fun!! Tiring but fun.. can't wait for my next training on monday :)

Just got back not long from the SMU cycleton. It's funny that i've nv joined any of these sch activities when i was a student back then. But now tt i'm out of sch, i actually took part in it. It's actually an event where every mile one cycle, some money would be pledged to charity. So it's like spinning lessons taken outdoors, where there's instructors on stage. First time trying it out and i realised it's quite tiring. 2 hours of spinning is no joke at all. My butt and body is starting to hurt now haha. But, this is not stopping me in going for my pedal shoe sale at City hall! Hope i can get some good bargains heh. Some pics for today will be up soon. For now, some pics from the Nike Human Race. As promised, here's part 3@Shin Kushiya followed by KM8 after dinner. It was my first time trying out the food at Shin Kushiya. I love trying out new places. The barbecued meat's nice but each skewer is lk $4 and with such a big appetite like mine, the bill can come up to quite a bit. Not forgetting, the desserts too. All of us As we were already in vivo, we decided that we shld hang ard Sentosa. KM8 is a freakings hard to find place! we were practically driving around sentosa just to find the place. I prefer KM8 to Cafe Del Mar. It's less atas and gives a more relax feeling. A pity we weren't in beach wear. Would love to be there in the day to just relax with a drink in hand...hmm...

Good morning everyone. it's almost 1pm but i just woke up and munching on my breakfast right now. As i was surfing through the pics of Sibu island uploaded by others on facebook, i found this... the super ugly pic of me with my recovering swollen eyes. I look lk shit. Tt's y i decided to hold the pack of cereal to divert the attention but it's obviously not work. If you think i look horrible, you should have seen it during the night. I myself was terrified!

I AM BACK! back from survivor island! I'm not exaggerating but the place is seriously survivor island to me. The games we played were fun though super tiring. My body is still aching all over now. But the place was simply too basic for me to live in. What does this look lk to u? The first thing that blurted out from my dad's mouth when he saw this pic was "toilet ar?" NOOOOO i stayed in there! there's no door can! the toilet, the main door, were just covered by a cloth! We had to inform each other not to go into the toilet whenever we are doing something tt should involve closing the door. I slept in a mosquito net. Poor me, I was bitten by some unknown thing on the first night there, leaving me sleepless for the entire night. My entire neck started itchy and patches started appearing on my arm. Worst of all, half my face, esp my eyes were swollen and numb, leaving me with no eyes to be seen (i can feel my goosebumps while typing this) Fortunately for me, the itc...

I'm off to Sibu Island tomorrow for my co. weekend get-away. Don't mistake Sibu for Cebu. It's different. Sibu is an island off Malaysia. Even though the destination is supposed to be a secret, I got to know it through the HR who can't keep the secret anymore hahah. Anyway, the website of the resort looks......sigh.... i'll be staying in a hut and sleep on beds with mosquito nets. Pleaseee don't let it be tt bad. I can't live in dirty conditions.
