Little Random Details About Me

It has been a while since the last time I went to Bintan but everything at Bintan Lagoon remained the same! Oh the only thing that is no longer the same... The small little factory outlet near the terminal has closed down haha. Y am I surprise? Nonetheless, it was a good 2 days short trip to Bintan. It was also rare to be able to get such a large group of people out together! A total of 11 of us :) As we took the earliest ferry over, we were unable to check in. Even though we paid for early check in which was an extra $20 if i'm not wrong, we could only check in at 11am. Thus we slacked at the lobby the whole time. Check out the fatty bombom who thinks he's very sexy hahaha Along with us was Mr Watermelon.. The joke of the trip haha. Poor der was made fun of when he decided to buy a watermelon over. Don't you love the greenery... Being close to nature once in a while is definitely good for one's spiritual well being. I totally enjoyed my Monday leave... Being able to wake up without an alarm clock on a weekday, esp on a Monday is an amazing feeling :) Also, it has been a long time since I went to the Botanical Gardens and a long time since I went for a picnic! With der and myself being on leave, we decided to make full use of it. I prepared some simple food and got der to carry it in an obiang recycle bag haha serve him right for not helping at all! We managed to get KOI as there was no queue. The famous swan lake... I remember feeding the fishes and tortoises at this pond and looking at awe at the swans when I was a kid as they came on shore.
