Happy Birthday Ru!!

As promised, here are some of the pics taken on my dear friend, You Ru's birthday :) The crowd for the night... We had the ala carte buffet dinner at Noble House, UIC Building. And the verdict... The food is alright, nothing fantastic and the service SUXXXX. Worse of all, we were there on a quiet weekday and the place is only half filled.  Eg 1: When we arrived that day, we were ushered to our table where we sat there for a whole 20 mins and no one came to pass us the menu. So we decided to ask for it. We had to grab their attention for another 10 mins and when we were given the menu, it was the wrong menu! It wasn't for the buffet.  Eg 2: As it was a buffet, we ordered a couple of rounds. But for each round, only the same dishes came!! Dishes like the scallops never came! After the 3rd round, we had to mentioned that we ordered it a couple of times before a small finally dish came.  Complaints aside, we had fun meeting up and taking lotsss of pics. JetSaver Light Challenge - Penang Trip

A very big Thank You to Jetstar and JetSaver Light! We had an AWESOME trip. Not only was it a cultural and stomach full filling trip filled with nothing but one of the very best food :), we also experienced the affable nature of the people in Penang and most importantly, we made many friends to keep :) Below was the itinerary that got us selected. And we're proud to say that we completed everything mentioned and accomplished even more. Wednesday, 1st July  marks JetSaver Light inaugural flight to Penang and also our, team 4's (GO! Go! team 4!!), inaugural trip to Penang on Jetstar with a budget of SGD60. After the initial briefing and collecting of our SGD60 which we converted to  RM144 , we were all ready and excited to jet off. Checking out the duty free at terminal 1 before boarding . Upon our arrival at Penang, we were warmly welcomed by a group of local performers . A surprising start to the trip. A photo taken together with 2 of the performers outside Penang International
