Chinese New Year this year is spent here in LA. No Lo Hei and not much of a CNY atmosphere at where we live. Unlike in Moscow where the Singapore community was more closely knitted and we had friends who love to cook! However, we did made a trip back to Singapore for 3 weeks. We left just before CNY. We could not make it back in time for my brother baby's 1 month celebration but nonetheless Charlotte had fun playing with baby Ava during our time in Singapore. She couldn't stop kissing her the moment she laid eyes on baby Ava. For this trip back to Singapore, we managed to meet up with a lot of people and had our reunion dinners with all of our family members. Reunion with friends and Charlotte's god mummies.
