I love this self taken shot of everyone by Auggie! It was taken when we were on the boat to visit a kelong. Everyone looked so happy!! :)

Kukup

All we do there is EAT, karaoke and play cards. The most memorable part is the fireworks! Yes we bought almost 300RM worth of fireworks over there. It was just like another National Day Parade. I'm serious! I was quite amazed. Kukup is really just another chalet. Just that food is provided as the owner of the place cooked all meals for us. SGD 80 includes accommodation, transportation, tour of the kelong, 2 seafood lunches, 1 tea break and 1 BBQ dinner. All of us at the Kelong Playing Sparkles. They're different from the ones we have in Singapore. They actually shots out into the sky! The real fireworks. It's awwwesome. Oh and it's longer than the below video. Next destination, Japan in October 10! Can't wait! *excited*

The back of the bar has been cropped by me coz I'm not going to let u guys read it heh. There's even a bar code. cool!! *** Just spent the long weekend with my colleagues in Kukup. Will upload some pics soon. Good night everyone. It's back to work again tomorrow.

Yellow Ribbon Prison Run

We did the Yellow Ribbon Prison Run this morning. And I had to wake up at 6am just to travel to Changi. Freakinggggg early!! Flag off time at Changi was 730am for the 10km runners. However we only managed to reach there at around 750am. As the shuttle bus took such a long time to transport us over. We had to dash to the start line as the announcement said that the gates were closing for the 10km runners. Fortunately, we weren't the last even though we started so much later heh. Did not bring my camera today. Pics were taken using der's hp. The crowd: Me at the finish line: My running partners today. Ok not really my partners. I was chasing them most of the time hah Stef and I :) Greedy Jeff posing with his ice cream hah I thought the run was good. Thanks to the amazing weather. It was so cooling :) However I did not manage to take a photo with my running buddy Lisa. We always have to a pic of ourselves with our tag for each run haha. Next run, the Great Eastern Run!

Hong Kong Trip

Decided to utilize our prize from the Penang Challenge this August, hoping to catch the end of the summer sale. However I think I was a tad too late. Nonetheless, it was a good break from work. Also, thanks to Novotel Hotel for sponsoring our accommodation. Brilliant location and nice room!! :) :) :) Arrived in Hong Kong closed to noon as we took the first morning flight of the day. It is really easy to navigate in HK as it is just like another Singapore. Just probably more crowded. Der on the streets of HK after we alight at the bus stop near our hotel. Our beautiful and comfortable room. Even the computers at the internet corner are beautiful! Mac!! How cool After checking in our stuff, we headed off to look for some authentic looking HK cafe. Not those fanciful ones we have in Singapore. We randomly walked into one and I must say the food is goood! It cost abt SGD6 for one meal which includes tea, a bowl of nice boiled chinese soup (not those kind of clear soup you find in our hawke
