Happy Birthday to Me!!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes! As I grow older, birthday celebrations are also getting quieter. This has been the trend in our group for this year. Gone are those days where we have to club and party all night long on birthdays. Nonetheless, I'm glad the circle of friends remain the same and friendship still last. I love all of you guys and thanks for being there for me and for tolerating me. Muack Muack Muackzzzzzzz!! Dinner was at Artichoke@Sculptor Square. One of the newly established chill out place. It is where the old Secret Garden was. Even though we tried to book earlier, we were unable to get a table inside (actually we see many empty reserved table during our dinner time there). It was so dark outside, we could barely see what we were having. Every dish that arrived looked the same with the rockets on top of it. Basically, I think the food were overrated. They are not cheap too! When asked what was good, the guy told us that everything is fantastic. He mentioned tha

Ramen Craze

I think Singaporeans are in a Ramen craze right now. With so many Japanese Ramen stall springing out at every corner, it is no surprise that Ramen are the latest talk of the town. Recently, I've tried a couple of Ramen stalls at Central @ Clarke Quay and I'm intending to try the one at Mandarin Gallery soon. So far, the one that Der and I went to try yesterday was the best I had so far!! Even skeptical der thought it was good! :) The shop is called Nantsuttei. I doubt people might recognize the name as everything in the shop was written in Japanese. This shop is situated inside Parco (near Millennium Walk) and they are famous for their black gravy ramen. It is quite hard to miss the shop as everywhere else is like a dead town. Only this place has a queue. The soup is less salty than the ones I had in Central and even though the gravy is rich and full of flavour, the porky taste is not too over powering. This is the first time i almost finish drinking the whole bowl of soup. Th

The days are getting hard to pass. Where R U?? I neeeeed to find u soon.... Back to Bkk... * Traveling Tip * Those we intend to go to BKK , there is a free train to bring people to the city center on weekdays. I took the train to Baiyoke sky area. Tt's me and Steff on the train. Our Hotel - Budacco Our hotel was a little hard to locate at first. But once found, it is the most convenient place ever! haha. Just 1 straight road down to Platinum mall. 10 mins walk through the wholesale place. Furthermore, the place is clean and chic. I love the colour theme they used for different rooms. Stef & Jef's room has the pink theme. Der and my room has the yellow theme First thing we did after checking into our hotel was to look for Am's grass jelly stall at Platinum Mall. Very goooood~ Unlike the stalls on the st
