Little Random Details About Me

I really can't be bothered to please everyone now. I can never be nice all the time. Either way i appear to be, people would complain. Being silent, people say I never voice out my opinion. When i make some noise, people complain i'm always so sarcastic. Seriously i can be if i want to and i'm well aware of that. Blame it on selfishness or jealousy but i think if one's more comfortable doing it one's way.. fine.. don't complain. Loud and Expressive DOES NOT equate to u're right. Another discovery that i've made. People usually don't respond well to people who's exactly like them (i'm refering to being alike in the bad way). They just don't see it tt's all. Of course i jolly well know i might be refering to myself as well. Anyway i'm not as pissed anymore thus it speaks of my less evil words. But i can't leave it without putting something down in print. *printted by the devil in me*

What exactly is stress? I'm not sure if i've ever felt stress. I always hear the adults telling my cousins "Must be lk ur jie-jie.. always so happy go lucky" and my friends say "mel's the best la. mel's always lk...Sky drop she'll be there to hold everything". Well i smile graciously to all these comments. Yupz what a beautiful life everyone paint me to have. I'm glad to be seen in such light too. Moving on... There's 2 things i've discovered about myself (ok maybe not recently just that I've nv admitted it out loud). Whenever I dun have the mood to do the work i'm suppose to do or shld i say when i feel stress? (ok watever).. i'll be tempted to do 2 things: 1. Eat 2. Shop Both r not things that are good though ppl say it's ok to indulge once in a while. Firstly, my eat = to munching all day! With the courtesy of Faith, we held a little New Year gathering at her place. Thanks faith! *** My bro bought a Hamster yesterday! haha though i'm quite afraid of touching things beside humans. Especially since it's a furry little thing, i must say the hamster is quite cute!! Its really really smalll.. i've decided to call it puny! haha though it's not my hanster, i've forced my bro to call it tt too =) I dun care! hurhur... Nothing in its cage now (actually we placed it in a old fish tank). We only put in a toilet roll and it keeps hiding inside.

Reunion Dinner on New Year's Eve... New Year Day 1 (Chu yi) My fav dish. It's a vegetarian dish we always eat on Chu yi. Think only cantonese eats this. yummy.. and we also have to drink Cheng Teng. New Year Day 2 (Chu er)

Cheese said maybe I should pen my thoughts down. Actually, I did thought of it but i also hesistated about it. One thing about blogs, which to me is supose to be like an online diary... A diary is suppose to be somewhere u can write down personal stuff. However, everyone who knows my blog add is reading this entry. I feel wierd saying things that I do not want people to know about me but I also want an avenue to let things out. So.. this time, heck! People who read it.. please keep it to yourself k.. I want to go overseas toooo. Lucky derrick's going to Italy for exchange. Just received his msg. He's on the plane now. I can so visually his surroundings. I loveee taking planes hah but.. of course not the budget ones. One of the things i love abt plane rides are the food. Yeah i noe i'm wierd but i loveeeeee. I always get to eat my bro's share of food coz he suffers from motion sickness so he only sleeps through a plane ride. Kind of regret not going for exchange. But none of my clicks in sch went either and none of them regretted. Oh maybe nette did regret but it was entirely not her fault. Luckily i decided to be independent a little and go for work and travel. Otherwise i would have 1 more regret. Once again, my independent was spurred by nette. Hah... Thanx nette i realised tt u played quite a part in my travelling during smu days haha. Ok better start reading a bit more for my midterm tomorrow. Super no mood. i wonder if it's only me.. but i always wonder how

The only exciting thing of the week.. My new furniture for my room have arrived! I've an entire new room. Except that i've kept my old study table. Din want it at first but i guess my dad was right in asking me to keep it. It is indeed quite useful. Now i'm studying in my room instead of the living room. Feel that my room is rather cozy =) I've upgraded to a queen size bed. coool... I really like my rm now. Still in the midst of making it more perfect. As for my old furniture, I do feel a little bad in throwing them away. Well i can't wait for the salvation army coz they'll only be free after CNY. there's no space in my hs for my old furniture. I always think that here I am with new stuf while some poor ppl out there doesn't even have a table to study on. On a side note, Happy valentine's day peeps.. Do.... Eat the wan tan mee at Sunshine plaza! Although there's a branch at bugis, the sunshine plaza one is much better! Don't club at.... 1. Butter Factory 2. Would you drive this car? heh I was quite thrilled when my dad drove pass this hello kitty car. I was just thinking of painting my rm pink when i noticed this entirely pink, hello kitty car. The words on the side of the car says "Princess Kitty". The interior has pink fur and alot of hello kitty accesories. Though i'm quite a fan of pink, i doubt i've the courage to drive such a car. I think it's a sweetness over kill. It was the centre of attraction. Everyone's staring at it. Wonder who's the driver.. hmm...

A gathering at last for us UBS interns. Wasn't tt hard afterall. Just an email and wala! we had our first lunch gathering. Thanx John!! I guess initiative is needed too. It was nice meeting up with everyone. Though we are in the same sch, I hardly see everyone. The only people i meet most often is Fiona and Glen...coz you guys are my proj mate haha. Oh and not forgetting my TA, Jem. I'm such a hermit. I'll juz run home after class everyday. Can't stand staying in sch. Well it was a pity we din take any pics juz for memory sake. Even though i brought my cam ( it's with me almost all the time =) i'm turning into quite a picture whore ), i was so hungry waiting for all, i forgot abt pics.
