First day of sch

A figment of the first day at sch: Sharpen all pencils in our pencil box, make sure our eraser, ruler are all in. Pack everything in our new sch bags. Every single book would be dumped in the bag that would eventually seem to weigh more than me. Not forgetting our religiously polished white sch shoes.

All the above seem so fresh in my mind but is actually a memory that has long been left at the back of our minds. New term arrived just like any other day. Went to sch for 3 hrs. Sat in class doing nothing at all.. wonder y i even bother to dress up and go down. 6 hrs tomorrow and my week 1 is officially over! hah wat a life man. i'm in such a can't be bothered mood, i scare myself alittle. Oh i even went to trim my hair after my class today. Not one bit of today seemed lk i've been to sch.

Went for dinner with fiona and you ru (my usual singles club members). However, fiona's a traitor! haha she's the ever busy one who has time to party and shop but no time for her old pals like us. Like what derrick always say. We're the no-lifer ppl. Even when we go out, all we did was to sit at Ichi Ban for 3 hrs! How exciting man...

I quite like the wispy effect after the hair dresser blow my hair dry =)

Fiona and her act pretty pose. But she IS sooo pretty! woohooo hot babe

Ru jie thinks her food sux hah. I shared my food with her in the end. I'm such a niceeeee friend. *pat myself on the back*
My friends are more interested in their phones then in me. I was bored to tears!

The Orange Timber

Today was a pretty chill day, walking around, eating and reading my book! It has been a long time since I walked along Blk 85 market. I think the last time was during my sec sch days, on my way back to my grandma house after sch. Since I had breakfast there with my grandma today, I showed der the old sch cake shop where Cham and I bought a huge cream cake (not those fanciful ones we get these days) and finished it all by ourselves under the void deck! Der and I couldn't resist the temptation to buy a slice each :) Strawberry vs blueberry...Only $1.10 each. Those miniture ones that are sold at toast box cost $1.20 and they are only 1/3 the size of this! What a rip off for something nostalgia... Later in the evening, we decided to chill at The Orange Timber @ Tiong Bahru The Orange Timber is a cafe cum art gallery. The plates are bowl used were also meant to be something nostalgia once again... hah However, I use those cutlery at home too. There are like 3 sections to this small cafe...

JetSaver Light Challenge - Penang Trip

A very big Thank You to Jetstar and JetSaver Light! We had an AWESOME trip. Not only was it a cultural and stomach full filling trip filled with nothing but one of the very best food :), we also experienced the affable nature of the people in Penang and most importantly, we made many friends to keep :) Below was the itinerary that got us selected. And we're proud to say that we completed everything mentioned and accomplished even more. Wednesday, 1st July  marks JetSaver Light inaugural flight to Penang and also our, team 4's (GO! Go! team 4!!), inaugural trip to Penang on Jetstar with a budget of SGD60. After the initial briefing and collecting of our SGD60 which we converted to  RM144 , we were all ready and excited to jet off. Checking out the duty free at terminal 1 before boarding . Upon our arrival at Penang, we were warmly welcomed by a group of local performers . A surprising start to the trip. A photo taken together with 2 of the performers outside Penang International...
