If i would have known you earlier, would things be different? If i would have known you were feeling down and was there for you, would I stand a chance? So many IFs but is there an ans for it? I guess that's how the word "fate" comes about. No matter how much one choose to believe that things lies in one's own hands, fate plays a part. It is something undeniable.
Well new year day has came and left. Maybe something special has been planted in your heart with the arrival of the new year without you knowing about it. How does one go about knowing it then and of course to further develop it? I've really no idea nor advice to give. People tt's religious would tell you to have faith in God. He who is high and mighty have everything planned out for you. Trust in him.
What about people without a religion? What advice can we heed? All I know and can do, is to pray. Pray that something special is also planted in the heart of the other party as well. Did i mention pray? hah how ironic.. Y pray since we've no religion? *shrug* can't be bothered to qn more.
Hope he who is feeling down can cheer up and look forward to a better year ahead. Hopefully, with you in his life. *cross my fingers*

The Orange Timber

Today was a pretty chill day, walking around, eating and reading my book! It has been a long time since I walked along Blk 85 market. I think the last time was during my sec sch days, on my way back to my grandma house after sch. Since I had breakfast there with my grandma today, I showed der the old sch cake shop where Cham and I bought a huge cream cake (not those fanciful ones we get these days) and finished it all by ourselves under the void deck! Der and I couldn't resist the temptation to buy a slice each :) Strawberry vs blueberry...Only $1.10 each. Those miniture ones that are sold at toast box cost $1.20 and they are only 1/3 the size of this! What a rip off for something nostalgia... Later in the evening, we decided to chill at The Orange Timber @ Tiong Bahru The Orange Timber is a cafe cum art gallery. The plates are bowl used were also meant to be something nostalgia once again... hah However, I use those cutlery at home too. There are like 3 sections to this small cafe...

JetSaver Light Challenge - Penang Trip

A very big Thank You to Jetstar and JetSaver Light! We had an AWESOME trip. Not only was it a cultural and stomach full filling trip filled with nothing but one of the very best food :), we also experienced the affable nature of the people in Penang and most importantly, we made many friends to keep :) Below was the itinerary that got us selected. And we're proud to say that we completed everything mentioned and accomplished even more. Wednesday, 1st July  marks JetSaver Light inaugural flight to Penang and also our, team 4's (GO! Go! team 4!!), inaugural trip to Penang on Jetstar with a budget of SGD60. After the initial briefing and collecting of our SGD60 which we converted to  RM144 , we were all ready and excited to jet off. Checking out the duty free at terminal 1 before boarding . Upon our arrival at Penang, we were warmly welcomed by a group of local performers . A surprising start to the trip. A photo taken together with 2 of the performers outside Penang International...
