I think jet lag is one thing that I have googled and came up no solutions for it. Unlike adults who can try to self adjust, it's impossible for kids. It just takes time.
We were back in Singapore for 1.5 weeks and it took Charlotte 1 week to adjust to Singapore's time. So once she adjusted on thurs, we had to return to LA on sat hah. And now that we are back, she had to re adjust again! Even though she has been sleeping so much, she is still so tired all the time.
This was her when I came out of the showers the day before hahhaa
This was her after her ballet class yesterday. Hand still inside her snack box. She was snoring so loudly, I could not bear to wake her up.
I know she will adjust soon. Just waiting for the routine to be back on track again.
