Children Cafes

We have been visiting children cafes these days in Moscow and I really like the idea! Singapore should totally start something like this. At these places, parents get to eat while the children get entertained. Charlotte gets to play with a lot of toys, interact with other children and the best part, I don't have to pack up! However, I just realized that one of the cafe requires a fee for each child that plays at their play area. I feel a little cheated haha I think I will go to those that does not charge in future.



I think Charlotte desparately wants to walk. She is always trying to reach out to some kid and the kid will run off after sometime, leaving poor Charlotte looking at the kid with forlorn eyes hah. Don't worry Charlotte! You'll be able to catch up with the big kids real soon!

As for now, you just have to rely on us to carry you wherever you will like to go. Your dependable and trusty PaPa loves carrying you! Happy Father's Day!

The Orange Timber

Today was a pretty chill day, walking around, eating and reading my book! It has been a long time since I walked along Blk 85 market. I think the last time was during my sec sch days, on my way back to my grandma house after sch. Since I had breakfast there with my grandma today, I showed der the old sch cake shop where Cham and I bought a huge cream cake (not those fanciful ones we get these days) and finished it all by ourselves under the void deck! Der and I couldn't resist the temptation to buy a slice each :) Strawberry vs blueberry...Only $1.10 each. Those miniture ones that are sold at toast box cost $1.20 and they are only 1/3 the size of this! What a rip off for something nostalgia... Later in the evening, we decided to chill at The Orange Timber @ Tiong Bahru The Orange Timber is a cafe cum art gallery. The plates are bowl used were also meant to be something nostalgia once again... hah However, I use those cutlery at home too. There are like 3 sections to this small cafe...

Happy Chinese New Year!

Reunion Dinner on New Year's Eve... New Year Day 1 (Chu yi) My fav dish. It's a vegetarian dish we always eat on Chu yi. Think only cantonese eats this. yummy.. and we also have to drink Cheng Teng. New Year Day 2 (Chu er)

Thanx for allll the concern. I'm seriously very touched. AND it applies to u too.. even though i was pissed off at u at first heh. Gold fish memory serves me well at times lk this :) *** Anyway, had an amazing tea party over at Steffi's place ytd. I simply loveeeeeee it! The serene setting of the garden coupled with yummlicious cake, chocolate fondue and not forgetting the oh-so-pretty tea set! Cooooool... Thanx babe! I've always love doing such things just tt i've always find it troublesome to prepare. So all i can say is.. U're simply amazing! A pity I did not bring my cam.
