Belated B'day Celebration

I've nv ending projs to be done. I'm seldom a last min person when it comes to my part of the proj. But, this sem, i always do my part only in the morning before my meeting. SBM proj has been such a flop so far.. my hardest marketing proj ever.. no creative juices are flowing.. SO here i am, taking a break and blogging on the happenings of the week. There's quite a photo galore but I shall post the weekends pics another time. After I've the time to sort them out.

Celebrated a belated birthday on fri night. Not bad.. relaxation time after an entire day of failed brain storming. I can so c the gloomy clouds over all our heads during proj meeting. We all felt so screwed. BUT no no i'm nv going to let tt happen.. I'm sure we would think of something *cross my fingers*

Dinner at Bakerzinn was good! I loved my pasta yummmmy~ We moved to Chjimes after dinner. Headed to a pub called Le Baroque. The life band was good but we were more into talking and was screaming our lungs out to hear each other hah. The place was nice, ppl were nice, awwww my friendsssss.....

I'm so red from all the drinking, it makes the others look pale hah.

The Orange Timber

Today was a pretty chill day, walking around, eating and reading my book! It has been a long time since I walked along Blk 85 market. I think the last time was during my sec sch days, on my way back to my grandma house after sch. Since I had breakfast there with my grandma today, I showed der the old sch cake shop where Cham and I bought a huge cream cake (not those fanciful ones we get these days) and finished it all by ourselves under the void deck! Der and I couldn't resist the temptation to buy a slice each :) Strawberry vs blueberry...Only $1.10 each. Those miniture ones that are sold at toast box cost $1.20 and they are only 1/3 the size of this! What a rip off for something nostalgia... Later in the evening, we decided to chill at The Orange Timber @ Tiong Bahru The Orange Timber is a cafe cum art gallery. The plates are bowl used were also meant to be something nostalgia once again... hah However, I use those cutlery at home too. There are like 3 sections to this small cafe...

JetSaver Light Challenge - Penang Trip

A very big Thank You to Jetstar and JetSaver Light! We had an AWESOME trip. Not only was it a cultural and stomach full filling trip filled with nothing but one of the very best food :), we also experienced the affable nature of the people in Penang and most importantly, we made many friends to keep :) Below was the itinerary that got us selected. And we're proud to say that we completed everything mentioned and accomplished even more. Wednesday, 1st July  marks JetSaver Light inaugural flight to Penang and also our, team 4's (GO! Go! team 4!!), inaugural trip to Penang on Jetstar with a budget of SGD60. After the initial briefing and collecting of our SGD60 which we converted to  RM144 , we were all ready and excited to jet off. Checking out the duty free at terminal 1 before boarding . Upon our arrival at Penang, we were warmly welcomed by a group of local performers . A surprising start to the trip. A photo taken together with 2 of the performers outside Penang International...
