Asia Kennel Union Championship Dog Shows

Went for a dog show last Sunday with tany and co. I've never been a dog fan as i'm afraid of jumpy dogs(most dogs r quite active). You won't know when it'll suddenly bite you rite? oh well, i still went for it as I always like to go for something different to spice up my mundane, routine life.

And....I'm offically in love with this particular golden retriver!!! Her name is adele...

She seems to like der

She's really tame and doesn't get overly excited like the other dogs. (the dog i can think of now is steffi's golden retriver who pounced on me when i entered her hs the last time, leaving me screaming lk mad)

There were many nice looking and very furry doggies too!

HAHA. Don't you think this pic looks super funny!

Looking like a goat

The Afghan Hound

The lion look alike doggy - Chow Chow. However, it's very very tame! It doesn't bark and it let the kids play with it! A little boy happily used its hands to clap the paws of the dog and it happily allowed the boy to do so without moving! amazing~

The Orange Timber

Today was a pretty chill day, walking around, eating and reading my book! It has been a long time since I walked along Blk 85 market. I think the last time was during my sec sch days, on my way back to my grandma house after sch. Since I had breakfast there with my grandma today, I showed der the old sch cake shop where Cham and I bought a huge cream cake (not those fanciful ones we get these days) and finished it all by ourselves under the void deck! Der and I couldn't resist the temptation to buy a slice each :) Strawberry vs blueberry...Only $1.10 each. Those miniture ones that are sold at toast box cost $1.20 and they are only 1/3 the size of this! What a rip off for something nostalgia... Later in the evening, we decided to chill at The Orange Timber @ Tiong Bahru The Orange Timber is a cafe cum art gallery. The plates are bowl used were also meant to be something nostalgia once again... hah However, I use those cutlery at home too. There are like 3 sections to this small cafe...

JetSaver Light Challenge - Penang Trip

A very big Thank You to Jetstar and JetSaver Light! We had an AWESOME trip. Not only was it a cultural and stomach full filling trip filled with nothing but one of the very best food :), we also experienced the affable nature of the people in Penang and most importantly, we made many friends to keep :) Below was the itinerary that got us selected. And we're proud to say that we completed everything mentioned and accomplished even more. Wednesday, 1st July  marks JetSaver Light inaugural flight to Penang and also our, team 4's (GO! Go! team 4!!), inaugural trip to Penang on Jetstar with a budget of SGD60. After the initial briefing and collecting of our SGD60 which we converted to  RM144 , we were all ready and excited to jet off. Checking out the duty free at terminal 1 before boarding . Upon our arrival at Penang, we were warmly welcomed by a group of local performers . A surprising start to the trip. A photo taken together with 2 of the performers outside Penang International...
