Little Random Details About Me

Yeah! It's my birthday! And what can I say... U guys out there are the most fantastic lot! Muackzzzzz I love u guys =) Check out all the beautiful and yummy cakes... Besides all the cakes, I've officially been titled the Florist. My colleague thinks tt the florist sales have upped by quite a bit coz it's mel's birthday. My area was lk a garden today! Check them out... Flowers from Citco (it was initially lilies but a bud broke off and the florist compensated me with a new bouquet! hah) Flowers from Rohit!!! Came as a shock when the door bell (he was trying to imitate my "secret admirer" but... the card gave him away again heh) All in the name of fun.. I love the flowers.. i think the pink lilies are soooo pretty!! I think the balloon is the cutest. The door bell rang again for the third time and i swear... all the gals in the office was super duper ultra jealous of me. All thanx to JAMES!!!! James, u're the man. All the gals in my office loves u now haha. ...

. . . . . Sat night was an amazing night. All thanx to our dearest Steffi! *grinz* The idea of planning a nice dinner that is different from our usual weekend routine where we can gather ppl together, check out a new restaurant at a new place and of course, to have an occasion to dress up, is a fantastic idea. Dinner was at Graze, a restaurant at Rochester. My first time there. Summary: Nice romantic place tt comes with a hefty price heh. As usual, the boring guys were complaining hah. But i'm glad u guys dressed up and played along with us =) it was nice seeing all the effort put it. Anyway, it's definately a place worth checking out. Oh and of course it's a place where u can't do without a car. Summing up the dinner for the night... After dinner we decided to do something fun! ZOUK!!! heh.. i think i'm becoming quite a clubber. I seriously do club quite alot these days.. I think i shld try to cut down. In any case, it was fun!!!

I've a story to tell at last. A story tt i'm blogging not out of sian-ness but so tt i would note down this date- Aug 13 ( i can't believe i wrote 15 initially! my memory is worse than gold fish my fake secret admirer had to tell me hahaha damn funny !), in black and white! Here's how it goes... This, was a gift from my co. A gift to congratualate us employees for reaching the 500 billion target for the co. BUT it became lk tt when it appeared on my table... The flowers were dying coz i was on leave on fri and this pic was taken on Monday. My childish colleague wanted to play a prank on me. So he plucked some flowers from the restuarant downstairs and even prepared a card to say tt a secret admirer got me all these. Well his plan was busted by others. The next thing tt follows was wat really surprised me or i shld say us... THIS... The above was sent to my office all of a sudden, shocking the entire office. In fact, they were more shocked than me, esp my childish colle...

Spent fri night chilling out at Elgin's place. Once again, we were the lucky lot to be able to taste the wonderful cooking of my dearest pal Steffi!! Thanx Steffi for the wonderful meal! She even made desserts! Check out the storm she cooked up Yes yes i noe guys love girls who can cook... stupid elgin was digging at me the whole night for not being able to cook. grrrr.. whatever...Don't cook doesn't mean i duno! I dun cook for any Tom, Dick or Harry k! haha ok i noe excuses... Well.. i did the washing.. but i felt lk a maid serving the guys... The "handsome 4" * puke * (They really think they're the cast of entourage..gosh...u gotta be kidding!) And of course, brilliant food wun be complete without drinks... These bo liao guys were impressed that I actually turned up. In fact, i even drove myself down! Hello ppl.. i dun always pang seh ppl k.. friends r friends... Well, wat can i say? These guys just love me.. i noe i'm brilliant hahah kidding!! I don...

Before I start my entry.. WARNING... A serious lack of pics. I forgot my cam!! So sad!! I just had to make do with my phone. But it was still a wonderful national day *grinz* Happy 42nd Birthday Singapore! The new venue, for this year's parade looks cool. It's a floating stage on water. A pity I couldn't catch it life there. But at least i was near enough hah. I was beside the actual happenings, right along kallang river, looking at the fireworks. Cool....I loveeee fireworks. They're soo pretty!! Thanx der! So, 1 year really past very very extremely super duper quickly. It only seemed lk yesterday tt Sheryl and I participated in the parade. We were ushers for the VVIP sector! Despite the many complains ( one of it was the freaking hot and ugly uniform seen in the pic below ), we had our share of fun. The most memorable part... trying to take secret snap shots of the army officers ard hahah woohooo all the hot bods heh. Looking back now, we were glad we were part of it. ...

Sat night was the fateful day my Havaianas got stolen. Although i bought that very long ago, it still looks brand new! Sigh.. it was partially my fault for leaving it there too but who the hell steal slippers! so cheapo but then again.. it's havaianas i'm sure it's tempting enough. I'm also pretty sure it was stolen by M***ys hahah sorry for being racist but ECP was filled with them. Whoever took our slippers, i hope u fall down when u wear them. * evil grinz * Anyway, it wasn't only my pair tt was stolen, my friend's one was gone along with mine. But he had shoes in the car! poor me... i had to run up my hs barefooted. Thinking back now.. actually it was quite funny haha. Looking from another pt of viewing, this means i can get a new pair yeah! I've always wanted the lilac, hot pink or the pastel pink ones. Just tt at the time when i bought mine, they had no size and i still had my pink ones i got from states. Well the new season ones look pretty * grinz * ...

*Disclaimer* Of course i work at work! haha but there're more to work than just work =) And since i'm bored on a sat afternoon, here's some pics to commenmorate the stuff i did at work for the past 1 month. No. 1: Celebrate our graduation. 3 SMU students in Citco graduated at the same time! Thanx Rohit for the cake! We also recieved cards from ppl in the co. so sweeeet! i was touched! No. 2: Eating the most yumm-licious strawberries. They're huge and veryy sweet! No. 3: Being childish. This candy corner was set up by my ever childish colleague ROHIT. The candies r just piling on my tray. No. 4: Finally... celebrate Ifah's birthday! Happy birthday Ifah *grinz* Check out the large bouquet of roses the co. gave her. quite cool huh. And we also bought her an addition cake to bring home.
