A Walk Down Memory Lane~

I've never thought i'll ever attend an alumni dinner. I always thought it was for lk really old people. My guess wasn't wrong either. But i do think we shld all attend it together next year!

Ok so I attended the SAC Alumni dinner yesterday night. It was held in the UIC building, right beside conference hall. Well as the graduating batch of 2000, we were the youngest group there. I can't remember many.. not even teachers.. my memories for sec sch and jc are kindda jumbled together. I really have to thank Sharon on this. She had to refresh my memory on everyone. So it's also no wonder that the teachers can't remember me hah. The only 2 teachers i remember was Ms Masura and Mr Robb, but they're both not in Singapore.

Sharon and Grace were super siao-onz. They even changed to their Prefect's uniform! Seriously... sharon ... u haven changed one bit!!! scary oopz...

Sacians! Remember her?? Mrs Yip, previously known as Ms. Koh. She looks exactly the same!! Scary once again.. it has been 7 years!

Actually there's another bigger group pic of the 200 batch. It was taken with the ppl from the "yellow bag gang" if u gals remember. Well pic's in Sharon's cam and actually i dun really noe them so... watever la. hah. Oh oh and we sang our sch song during the dinner! I videoed a short part of it(but i duno how to come load here).. awwwwwwww I think our sch song's so nice!! Mrs Kanake raja led the song. I miss singing the sch song.. don't u guys =)
Anyway, I noe u gals r so going to dig at me when i say this but i dun care. I think denise become quite shuai leh. eeee i feel sick thinking tt way hahaha but i can't help it. remember she and.... at the quandrangle... eeeee hahaha (sharon, i'm sure u duno wat i'm talking abt. anything besides serious school work, ur news always come late heehee)

The Orange Timber

Today was a pretty chill day, walking around, eating and reading my book! It has been a long time since I walked along Blk 85 market. I think the last time was during my sec sch days, on my way back to my grandma house after sch. Since I had breakfast there with my grandma today, I showed der the old sch cake shop where Cham and I bought a huge cream cake (not those fanciful ones we get these days) and finished it all by ourselves under the void deck! Der and I couldn't resist the temptation to buy a slice each :) Strawberry vs blueberry...Only $1.10 each. Those miniture ones that are sold at toast box cost $1.20 and they are only 1/3 the size of this! What a rip off for something nostalgia... Later in the evening, we decided to chill at The Orange Timber @ Tiong Bahru The Orange Timber is a cafe cum art gallery. The plates are bowl used were also meant to be something nostalgia once again... hah However, I use those cutlery at home too. There are like 3 sections to this small cafe...

JetSaver Light Challenge - Penang Trip

A very big Thank You to Jetstar and JetSaver Light! We had an AWESOME trip. Not only was it a cultural and stomach full filling trip filled with nothing but one of the very best food :), we also experienced the affable nature of the people in Penang and most importantly, we made many friends to keep :) Below was the itinerary that got us selected. And we're proud to say that we completed everything mentioned and accomplished even more. Wednesday, 1st July  marks JetSaver Light inaugural flight to Penang and also our, team 4's (GO! Go! team 4!!), inaugural trip to Penang on Jetstar with a budget of SGD60. After the initial briefing and collecting of our SGD60 which we converted to  RM144 , we were all ready and excited to jet off. Checking out the duty free at terminal 1 before boarding . Upon our arrival at Penang, we were warmly welcomed by a group of local performers . A surprising start to the trip. A photo taken together with 2 of the performers outside Penang International...
